Steve read the email 3 times before he was satisfied. He’d decided to think of this as an opportunity rather than it being someone playing games with him. He’d take whatever lead he could at the moment, from whatever source he could.

Tony brought Steve his mobile phone back having made the changes he’d requested just as he finished reading the email through for the third time.

‘Thanks Tony, I owe you one,’ said Steve.

‘I’ll hold you to that mate,’ Tony replied before turning around and leaving.

Steve picked up the phone and wasted no time in typing the email just as he’d handwritten it. Before he overthought it, he pressed send and away it went. He picked up his police issue phone and took a photograph of the email he’d just sent. He wasn’t going to get caught out using a screenshot like last time.
